Terms & Conditions

1. I acknowledge that I have familiarized myself with the nature and extent of the sport and the risks and dangers to which my child may be exposed to as a result of his/her participation in the sport.
2. I will not hold Cheza Cricket Academy Limited responsible in event of any injury/loss of personal items.
3. I will not breach the Cheza Cricket Academy Limited's safeguarding policy (Racism, bullying etc. please refer to the policy for more details)
4. I affirm that I will pay for all sessions in advance.
5. I acknowledge that refunds will only be processed if Cheza Cricket Academy Limited cancels the session and absenteeism will not qualify for a refund.
6. While Cheza Cricket Academy Limited will take all possible steps to mitigate the risk of infection from Covid 19 and other diseases, I acknowledge the risk of such infections and will not hold Cheza Cricket Academy Limited accountable in such cases.
